1- Website owner, and the presentation and binding nature of the Terms

This website is owned and operated by “Aslı Park Çevre Tasarım ve Mühendislik Ltd. Şti.”. This website offers its visitors Park and Urban Furniture such as Play Equipment, Outdoor Fitness and GYM Equipment, Benches, and Gazebos.

By accessing or using the website of our Service, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

2- Who may use your website; what are the requirements for creating an account

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You are not permitted to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

3- Basic Commercial Terms Offered to Customers

When you purchase a product, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the entire product listing before committing to purchase it; (ii) when you commit to purchasing a product, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the product and you complete the checkout payment process.

The prices we charge for using our services / the prices we charge for our products sold online are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for the products displayed at any time and to correct any pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. 4- Returns and refund procedure for Online Sales

For any undamaged product, it is sufficient to return it together with the accessories and packaging provided, along with its original invoice (or gift receipt), within 14 days from the date you received the product; we will replace the product or offer a refund to the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products may only be returned in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return:

5- Reservation of the right to modify the offering

We may modify the services without prior notice; stop providing the services or any feature of the services we offer; or set limits on the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services for any reason or without cause, without notice and without incurring any liability.

6 – Warranties and liability for services and products

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay the shipping costs for repaired or replaced products, and the customer will be responsible for returning the product to us.

7- Intellectual property, copyrights, and ownership of logos

The Service and all materials contained therein or transmitted thereby, including but not limited to software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Aslı Park Çevre Tasarım ve Mühendislik Ltd. You agree and confirm that the uploaded/transferred content may be displayed publicly on the website.
